Foundation Marks and Logo

The name and mark “Ukrainian World Congress Foundation USA” and all variations thereof and any other names and marks comprising the name or mark “Ukrainian World Congress USA Foundation UWA (the “UWCF-USA”), are the sole and exclusive property of the Foundation. Visitors shall not acquire any right, title or interest in any UWCF-USA Name. Except as otherwise permitted herein, all uses of any UWCF-USA Name in any manner shall be subject to inspection by and approval of the Foundation.
