We do not allow any third parties to have access to your personal information, except as required or permitted by applicable laws or in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We do not share email addresses or information about visitors to our Site with third parties. It is possible that personal information regarding grantees may be shared with our partners and other third parties in the course of the Foundation’s charitable activities.

There may be also instances when we disclose your personal information to other parties, including but not limited to, the following:

  • To comply with the law or respond to compulsory legal process (such as a search warrant or court order) or request for information from a regulator or otherwise for legal purposes;
  • To verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the services; or
  • To protect the rights, property or safety of the Foundation, or any of our respective affiliates, or otherwise in the legitimate business interests of the Foundation and/or our affiliates and in accordance with Data Privacy Laws.

In any instance where we need to share your personal information with third parties, we will restrict the nature and categories of personal information to that which is required to comply with our contractual obligations to you or our legal and/or regulatory requirements. We may de-identify your personal information to protect your privacy.

We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our news, updates and details of our activities. As discussed above, we will offer you the ability to unsubscribe in each electronic communication and will not share your information with third parties, except as expressly described elsewhere in this Privacy Notice.

You have the right to ensure your personal information is accurate. To make changes to your contact and other account information, or to opt out of receiving marketing communications, please contact us. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. Certain Non-identifying information  (“Data”) that is collected about you when you visit the Site is used to enhance your user experience.

The Foundation and vendors acting on its behalf may use the Data in combination with various Internet technologies to help manage Site operations, track user traffic, and gather broad demographic information.

 Foundation Marks and Logo

The name and mark “Ukrainian World Congress Foundation USA” and all variations thereof and any other names and marks comprising the name or mark “Ukrainian World Congress USA Foundation UWA (the “UWCF-USA”), are the sole and exclusive property of the Foundation. Visitors shall not acquire any right, title or interest in any UWCF-USA Name. Except as otherwise permitted herein, all uses of any UWCF-USA Name in any manner shall be subject to inspection by and approval of the Foundation. Approval may be granted or withheld in the sole and absolute discretion of the Foundation.
